EngageAgents is a product of View360 LLC, based in Grand Rapids, MI. We provide an automated, non-voice, non-SMS local growth suite that optimizes Google Business Profiles, captures website leads via AI web chat, collects reviews through email, and reactivates past customers via email campaigns.
2. Information We Collect
When you run a free Visibility Agent audit, sign up for a plan, or contact us, we may collect your business name, website URL, email address, and Google Business Profile data. We do not collect phone numbers for marketing purposes and do not use SMS messaging.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to run audit scans, deliver growth suite services, send email communications about your account, and improve our platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
