1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EngageAgents platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by View360 LLC (“EngageAgents”).
2. Description of Service
EngageAgents provides an automated, non-voice, non-SMS local growth suite including Google Business Profile optimization, 24/7 AI website chat lead capture, email-only review automation, and email reactivation campaigns. Plans include a free Visibility Agent audit, one-time Profile Setup ($297–$397), Chat & Reputation Engine ($197/month), and Reactivation Agent (+$97/month).
3. Billing & Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. There are no contracts and no per-minute charges. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
4. No Phone or SMS Services
EngageAgents does not provide phone receptionist services, call answering, SMS text-back, virtual phone numbers, or any voice-based automation. All automation is delivered through email and AI web chat only.
5. Limitation of Liability
EngageAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
